freeware screen reader

A group of people and I are starting a screen reader freeware project.
Would there be anyone here who could do documentation and programming?
Thanks for the help. Please contact me at (e-mail address removed) for more
info as I am not the one who runs the Screen Reader project but I can
get hold of the person who does

What exactally do you mean? There are plenty of programs that can take a
snap shot of the screen and text recognise the font. I use it all the time
to create 'robots' that can play online java games like poker etc.

He's talking about a screen reader for blind users. This means realtime
processing to produce audio and so forth. Not as trivial as OCRing a
screen capture.

Nope that is not what I mean. When I use the word screen reader I am
rendering the text from the display over in to speech for programs such
as Ie Microsoft Word and much more.
