Is there any freeware that allows me to print to a graphics file?

Ghostview + Ghostscript, http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/ , usually here
recommended to make PDFs. You must install a PostScript printer driver (no
matter you don't actually have one), print on this printer selecting the
option "Print to file". You'll get a .prn file. Open it with Ghostview and
you'll be able to print it in several graphic formats. Bye.

I seem to recall one program called something like:
Txt2Tif. I really cannot recall if it was freeware, but
I have used it in the long ago past. It worked fine to
feed it a text file (approximating one normal sheet) and
resulted in a finished .TIF file .. from which I could then
convert to any other format.

This is a post I saved a while back. I admit, I haven't actually
tried this but other people responded saying that it worked great.
