Freeware for video morph effect

Hello!

Do you know any freeware for making a 'video morph' effect? It's like
this:

- You start with 2 photos (before and after, let's say).
- Set 'control points' on the photos that will control what changes
- Create a video that shows the "transition" from before to after.

I had an old version of a $$$ program from ULEAD in a magazine-cover CD,
but it is really old and doesn't work in Windows 98 correctly.

Simtel didn't work for me, so I found a link that works:
