freeware for editing posts

Hi,
i have kept a lot of posts from various newsgroups as they are very useful
(for sure posts at this newsgroup are also part of these).
but sometimes i want to edit the content of these posts so to make it easier
to read.
and outlook express does not have this function (edit content of newsgroups'
posts), i wonder is there any freeware which could do so?

In Outlook Express, you might try ....

File .... Save As .... Save as type .... .TXT

This will include [ From , Subject , Date ] fields
and the body of the message ....

Edit the saved text file with the editor
of your choice ....
