how do I delete freecell permanently?

Go to Your control panel, and click "Add/Remove Programs"

Then select "Add/Remove Windows Components" you'll find it
under there...

Depending on your OS, the wording may be a bit different,
but that's the basic path to removing accessories/games
that install with the OS.
