the best I have seen is fastmail.fm...really nice interface and no
hassles...

try to find one that's not on blackhole lists. i used hotpop for POP3
until i discovered AOL blocks all mail from that domain. i would make
several test mailings to different domains.

i now use OpenBSD, FreeBSD, and VMS shell accounts (free) although only
the VMS one offers webmail.

i recomend www.tlen.pl for you. 1 GB, pop3/smtp access, anty-spam..... but
it is in Polish
