I have been running SP2 for some time now. All of the
sudden my Norton Antivirus started coming up with error's
when updating. After doing all they said in these errors,
the 2 choices that were left was to do some editing of
the registry or uninstall Norton and reinstall. Well I am
not at all comfortable with doing anything to the
registry. So I uninstalled Norton. But then had to
uninstall SP2 because Norton needed the WMI update prior
to SP2. So after going through the whole process of
everything, my free space has went down alot now. I am
wondering if there is something I can do to help my
computer see what free space there really is. I have done
disk defragment and cleanup and all of that. Or is it
just a matter of time and windows XP home will see how
much free space there should really be?
