Can someone recommend good screen-capture software? A simple to use one
would be best. No bells and whistles needed. I'm using W-XP/Home/SP2.

TIA

Press the PrintScrn button on your keyboard, go into any graphics editor
such as Microsoft Paint, then press Ctrl+V to paste the screenshot

Alt-PrtScrn to capture just the active window, PrtScrn to capture the
whole desktop.

Thanks Al... never knew about using the alt key. I use the Print Screen
SysRq key a lot. Wouldn't be great if the keyboard knew exactly what you
wanted off of the screen so you didn't have to edit. That's all right...
I use VuePro to do simple viewing and editing.

That worked! Thanks a bunch.

It doesn't have to be a graphics editor. This also works with Wordpad and
MSWord. I find that Ctrl-V does not work in MSWord -- it's necessary to use
the Paste button.
