Captura

This is without a doubt the best 'capture' utility around. It's not very
well-known or publicized. I use it everyday. There may be a lot of
'capture' tools available, but this one is so very simple to use. You
can capture all or part of the screen in one simple interface. You can
also time it to capture the screen in 10 seconds.I have been using it
for a long time and it is very stable. It is available for both Windows
and MAC.

This one is very good too:

CopyMsgBoxText allows you to easily copy texts or screenshots of message
boxes and dialogs into the clipboard.

Useful for documentation/bug reports etc: Instead of copying a message
box (or any dialog) text by hand, simply strike a key (configurable to
your choice) - and the text is copied to the clipboard. The "Paste"
command of your editor inserts the message to your document.

You may want to take a screenshot of an application you are working with
every "N" seconds for documentation or bug reporting purposes. There is
a feature in CopyMessageBox that allows to do this. To activate the Auto
Screenshots function, click the Functions menu and select Auto
screenshots. A dialog will appear prompting you for the screenshot
interval. Click the Start button to start. To stop, click the Auto
screenshots menu item once more.
