Hi to all

Can someone tell me where I can find some free rpg for windows (2000 or
XP) possibly stand alone and not MMORPG?

RPG or role playing games in their original state were not computer games.
But games played in the minds of the dungeon master and the players.

The only thing you needed was some dice and a rule book. But even those were
not truly needed.

It was (is) far more creative, exciting, and fun than computer games.

It is also free.

Right.

I'd made many freeform rpg and I'd produced one based on card (like
once upon a time)
It was (is) far more creative, exciting, and fun than computer games.

sure.

But I'm alone and a little but good pc rpg can be a good occupation
between a book and a work
 
playing RPG on a computer is as good is as
cybermastru**on as apposed to real s*x.

Angband (and particularly IMO, a variant ZAngband) are a good romp, and
will tax your system about as much as Notepad ;-)

I like Arunderan which you can download from
http://reinerstileset.4players.de/downeng.htm . This game is a 76.7 mb
download but this game is like a cross between Zelda 3 & Diablo.

The nimble Stan has the oder to free the town Arunderan from a curse.
All citizens are changed into sheeps. Their bodies are trapped in
soulstones, which are placed all over Arundistan. Destroy those
soulstones to change the citizens back to normal. Defeat the bad Gnarz
who has cursed the citizens of Arunderan.

Features:

Amazingly big gameworld, riddles, traps, real time combats ...

Two languages. German and English.

800X600 Screenresolution, fullscreen

Minimum Requirements* :

1 Ghz Processor; 256 MB Ram; Win 9X, ME, 2000, XP; DirectX 8 or higher

*That should be enough. The game was developed at an AMD XP 2000+, 1
Gig ram, and a Radeon with 128 MB ram.

I ran this game on my Gateway 500GR 3.2 GHZ comp which has 512 MB of
ram, Direct X 9.0C & an ATI Radeon X3000 with 128 MB of VRAM & I had no
known problems with this game.
