We are currently offering a public preview version of our Total Access
Emailer program for Access 2003. Total Access Emailer simplifies the
process of sending personalized emails to everyone in your list. Easily
insert field names into your subject and message to customize each
email.
To avoid the security problems/limitations of Outlook/MAPI, we use SMTP
to send your messages.
The new version of Total Access Emailer supports the ability to embed
tables, queries, and reports directly in your message or as an
attachment. For instance, use the Access report generator to format
your message, and use its results as your HTML message. Leverage the
power of Access to deliver great results to your customers.
