Free logging tcp proxy server for windows

Hello!

I am looking for a free tcp proxy server for windows that would record in
files *all* the traffic it sees. Something similar to rinetd
http://www.boutell.com/rinetd/ but with extensive logging capabilities.

This is a pretty simple software IMHO but I can't find it anywhere for free.
Do you have any pointer?
