I've a proxy ISA Server 2006. I'd would like to know if any anybody could
tell me a program (free) to analyze in detail the logs it has.

Somebody in a discussion group for server questions probably could, but this

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Servers. In the Servers
subcategory, find and
open the Windows Server subcategory. Find a group there for your question.
