Free internet fax?

Hello, I am aware of the site http://www.tpc.int/faxbyemail.html that helps
you send text faxes via internet.
This site has a few free programs listed, that helps you send "picture"
faxes however the links lead to incompatible, outdated, non existant
programs.

Does anyone know of a better way to do this (send normal faxes with graphics
and not only text)?
Or a better free service?

www.faxzero.com will allow PDF and DOC attachments I assume you can put
graphics in them,it is also much more reliable than the service you
mentioned.
