Can introduce a free desktop blog publishing software,
something alternative to Blogjet.

I don't know Blogjet, but this is a nice desktop blog:

http://thingamablog.sourceforge.net/

Requires only FTP access to server to publish a nice
blog (nice templates included). Interactive features like
user comments need further work.

It's an interesting program. but I found something better. Take a look
at CityDesk http://www.fogcreek.com/CityDesk/
The starter edition is free.
