Free/busy time for a user shows no information

While trying to view someone's free/busy information when
scheduling a meeting in the Calendar, their information
shows gray slashes and says No information is available.
We are all on the same Outlook Exchange Server.

Please assist
 
Try opening Outlook using the \cleanfreebusy switch on that users computer.
