Both Zone Alarm and NAV are not happy when I try and install this
program. They detect activity of Adware.MediaPass and
Trackware.Webhancer. Is it OK?

Well spotted. I was going to install this piece.

It didn't take much spotting. Bells rang and whistles blew when I tried
to install Free Audio Recorder. And you can't install it if you deny
these pests from running.
