It seems so, first they buy firewall company and it appears in ms products,
ect, now they have bought a virsus company, may be not SP3, at some time
however, the upgrades to the operating systems, Firewall, cable
compatable-comcast cable company, now a anti virus company GeCAD, look for
anti- spy ware company next,, that must be on the shopping list somewhere

MSN is hooked with verizon(Atlantic Bell + GTE) for dsl( not available
everywhere yet), wether this is MSN dsl service or Verizon DSL is not clear,
SBC uses yahoo presently, Verizon is 29 per mo, no contract, I heard from SBC
sales rep, he would like to see SBC-Yahoo DSL at $22,,, go price wars, lower
DSL,,,lol
