A a Jan 21, 2004 #3 I just discovered that apparently the HttpWebRequest and TCPClient objects are broken in 1.1 Sources (beyond my own error messages): http://www.lenholgate.com/archives/000228.html http://www.perfectxml.com/DotNet11Changes.asp (this is a note at the bottom, though perhaps this doc might give you more info in other fields)
