Frames Problem

I have created a website with frames

It is configured this way

top frame
side frame
a bottom side frame
and the main frame in the middle

the problem I am having is when I click in the bottom side
frame I want it to show up in the main middle frame but
that doesn't happen, it either shows up in the same frame
or as a new window.

Can someone PLEASE HELP.
 
Select each link and set the frame target value to the actual name and case
of the frame you want the link to open in.
