Frames & Frame Pages

I am having trouble figuring this all out. How do i create the table of
contents to be the Links Bar, create each separate page and get them all to
work together. I understand there should be a frames page created. And they
should all work together. I created 3 separate Word documents, one with
Automatic Heading Styles to be the TOC and two pages I want you to be able to
jump to when you click the heading in the TOC. Problem is the pages all stay
separate. I'm lost on how to tie them all together. Any Help will be
appreciated.

After you've created a frameset via Format | Frames, you should be able to
link existing documents to it by using the Frame Properties dialog box (to
access it, you can right-click a frame page and click Frame Properties on the
context menu). Then create the TOC for the frameset via Format | Frames |
Table of Contents in Frame.

Note that frameset documents are supported in Word 2000, 2002, and 2003; I
don't know about Word 2007.
