Word Frames

I created a word document consisting of 4 frames on the page. I put text in
all the frames and added a header and footer. When I print the document,
only the frame with my cursor in it is printed. It also appears that the
header and footer are tied to the frame that my cursor was in when I created
them.

Are you referring to frames in a frameset or to text frames?

Generally, as far as printing is concerned, use the Print dialog box
(Ctrl+P) to verify that the settings are correct before printing.
