frames and general questions about this formum

I don't recall there being 3 frames on this forum when I sign up and posted inquiries... I am really frustrated trying to read responses and post to this forum... how do I get my screen so there are no frames?

Also, i thought i could have replies sent to my earthlink account, how do I do that? i know several months ago i was able to do that...
