Frames and fixed width website

I'm using FP 2002. Is it possible to create a fixed width site when
using frames (e.g. 800X600)? If so, how is ti done?

It's not practical at all unless you are using only a left and right frame,
in which case, you would set the width of the two to a total of 800px. If
you are using top or bottom frames, you really can't do it...
