Frame is changing the formatting of a displayed page.

I have a page with my name followed by a line at the top of the page. Both
are in a one cell table. If I open a page by itself it looks fine, but when
I open the same page within a frame several spaces have been added between my
name and the line. Can anyone help?
 
can you provide a link?
it could be spacing of the frames?
it's difficult to say for sure w/o seeing it.
