FP2k3 Templates vs FP2k2 Shared Borders

Does anyone have a website that explains in Lots of Detail how the Templates work in FP2k3? I'm
thinking of upgrading and trying that out but I haven't been able to find anywhere that explains how
they work exactly. Basically looking for like a tutorial or something.

I stumbled across this page on creating themes and templates the other day. It's pretty good...not specifically for FP03.

RTB creates some interesting templates, a couple free ones too. I usually play around with the free ones to see how they work.
