FP2K adds nonexistant parent folder automatically

Hello
I have a problem when making a FP website with pictures.
I made the picture target at: FOLDER/PICTURE.HTM
The problem is for some strange reason, FP thinks the picture is at: FOLDER/FOLDER/PICTURE.HTM
I cannot see the picture in the webpage anymore b/c the extra FOLDER is nonexistant.

To fix this, I have to manually change the target under the <HTML> tab of FP
Is there a easier way to change this, maybe a setting
