FP2003 form/access db help

I have a survey form and a results database which I created on my home
computer in FP2003. To test it I created a virtual site on my home computer
under IIS. Everything works well, data is captured to the database.

Then I uploaded this survey form, the global.asp, the fpdb folder containing
the .mdb, and all vti_ folders and contents to our hosted website. However,
when I run the tests I don't get any database records written but I do get
the page listed showing all the fields that were captured when I click the
'submit' button..

At the hosted site I turned on FP Extensions and ASP.

Do I have to change something in the webbot-self or in the global.asp or
something to point into the server?

Thanks for your advice.

Yes. This is a web site hosted by my ISP and my only means of access is
through their online interface or through my FP. I don't have FTP turned on
so all uploads, deletions, and synchronizations are via FP.

I built the web site about a year ago and it has no bells or whistles. I
need to conduct a survey and thought I could make just the form and the
database as a "new site" on my home PC then publish it to the existing web
site since the objects that were created (such as the fpdb folder,
global.asa, vti-...., form, etc.) do not exist in the current site. In a
couple of months, when the survey has ended I would simply use FP to go to
the web site and remove the survey objects.

The survey respondents will be invited to click on a URL in an email
invitation which will take them to the intro page of the survey. A browser
of the original site will not see the survey and a survey recipient will not
see the original site.
