FP2003 crashes when saving a page

I have FP2003 recently it has begun crashing whenever I attempt to save a
page, any page.
I worked around it by changing the page on the server and saving it there,
that worked.
But I cannot save on my computer.
I uninstalled and reinstalled FP, same thing happens.
I have Vista.
Been using this setup for a year or so, no problems before.

Download FP Cleaner from http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and,
with FrontPage closed, run the routines that:
delete the hidden web cache files
delete the hidden temporary files

See if that helps.
