FP2002 Shared Border Backgrounds

I'm using Shared Borders as my nav bar. However, I can
see the background color or picture I've chosen in FP, but
it's not viewable on the published web. Any clues?

Also, how did you define the color,
common name, rgb, or hex value??

The new FP2002 Shared border backgrounds require a host running the FP2002 SE
