FP2002 - Can't browse current web for hyperlink target

I recently had FP 2002 reinstalled, and since then I cannot select a file
from my current web (IIS hosted with FP 2002 extensions) as the target of a
new/edited hyperlink. The only browse options are "My Computer" locations.
The web itself is listed in My Network Places, but if I select that, nothing
is visible as content to browse to. I used to be able to simply create a
hyperlink and browse the file structure of the current web to find the target
file. What happened?
 
In IIS MMC try stopping and restarting the service and server
- then re-open FP

If that doesn't work, post back for another possible workaround
