FP Search Engine

Is the FP search feature the best and easiest to use? Or is there another
one that i could use? I currently have the Google search on my site but it
isn't working at all for an unknown reason. Paid or free, I need a search
engine that will search by my specfic settings.

Thanks!

The FP search is very limited.

Best? No.
Easiest? Probably.
Contact Google on your problem with their search.

the FrontPage search isn't too bad but not very flexible. there's a
FrontPage add-in for search from DPA Software you could look at. a guy had
me install it for him in his web. it's easy to format but it's not
"dynamic" in that it doesn't keep track of your pages unless you re-run it
but it's not too bad.
You may be best off correctly setting up the Google search, or see if maybe
MSN has a "search in this site" feature you could use.

the "right" solution would depend a lot on your web and what you're doing
with it.
