FP Email newsletter broken in Hotmail

I have started sending a HTML newsletter created in FP2000.

It looks fine in preview and to anyone with Outlook or OE

Hotmail users receive the email but just get a blank
screen.

I send the email from the FrontPage File > Send menu
option and then foreward from Outlook to the larger
mailing list.

No response from Hotmail but I can confirm that Hotmail
strips out Javascript in a HTML email. Te Javascript is
replaced with the word Filtered.

This means things like Bookmarks do not work. Normal
hyperlinks work fine.

I'll have to use a work around
