FP 2003 - Rounded Corners

I followed the tutorial at http://www.webworksite.com/roundedcorners.shtml
and was able to create the rounded corners without issue.

My question is that if you look at that page, the corners are very rough and
pixelated. Is there anyway to smooth them out and if so, would there be
another tutorial available that would show how to make rounded corners that
are very smooth.

If you have a graphic editor such as Photoshop, PaintShop
Pro etc. You can achieve better antialiasing.

Thank you. I was hoping FP would be all emcompassing in the 2003 version
without the need of a graphic editor. Oh well, back to PS.
