FP 2003 & CSS

I have just upgraded from 2000 to 2003 and see all the new features in 2003.
I saw the advantages of CSS shortly after I started using 2000 and know
about inline styles, how to link style sheets etc.

Does 2003 already contain all the features for CSS that all but the very
elite designers/programmers would need or am I potentially missing something
by not investigating an outside .css editor like TopStyle or similar?

In the past FP has always found a way to include any features missing from
previous versions that were "important" to most designers but I'm just not
sure about CSS.

If you do think a CSS editor is a "must" now, can you give me a few examples
where it would allow me to do something that I couldn't do with FP 2003
alone or at least do something much faster. I need some ideas to get my
creative juices flowing.

FP2003 will let you create your own CSS, but has no built in "smart" CSS editor
Yes get Top Style as an addin (even the Lite Free version)

the big advantage with topstyle, IMHO, is the "style sweeper" and "style
checker" which really help you not make/ leave in place, mistakes. also
topstyle's got a very quick dropdown of attributes as you write your rules.
it's really a fantastic program.

I would have to agree with Stefan and chris. The CSS support in FrontPage
2003 is adequate for editing your CSS but doesn't help you write good CSS.

The features that chris mentioned, Style Sweeper and Style Checker, are only
in the full TopStyle Pro package, not the Lite. This page discusses the
differences between the two:

I believe the Lite version will still integrate itself into FP making it the
default CSS editor. That is well worth it to get a feel for the program.
If you think you want more, give the full version a try.
