FP 2002 install - open web error - access violation

I just upgraded from FP 2000 to 2002 and when I try to
open an existing Web on my local drive, I get an error
saying "System Exception - Access Violation". Anyone else
have this problem? What is the fix? Many thanks!

Make sure you install all MSP XP Service packs
