FP 2002 Extensions prompting for download of fpadmdll???

I dont know what I did but I screwed up something.

Now when I try to access FP 2002 extensions for an existing web or try to
add 2002 extensions to a new website in IIS, instead of going to the admin
page, it prompts me to download the fpadmdll file.

This is a Windows 2003 server. Any idea how to fix this?

Re-install the extensions from the CD
