FP 2002 "cannot load LTDIS12n.DLL" error

I have been getting this since installing the latest Office security update. I
have tried a "help/detect and repair" and a complete reinstall to no avail. The
DLL is present and the dependency walker (Depends) doesn't show any problems
with it. It gets the same error when I start frontpg in safe mode.

Any tips on how to solve this? Thanks.
