Cannot Load LTDIS12n.dll

FP 2002 (ver SP-2) now crashes every time that I attempt
to open an htm file. An error box comes up, title "Load
Failed", message "Cannot Load LTDIS12n.dll".

I have tried:
- Detect and Repair
- Reinstalling FP
- searching the web and support.microsoft.com

.... all to no avail.

There are several versions of this DLL on my system, as
listed below.

Any advice appreciated!

That file is upgraded as part of SP 2

Uninstall SP2 and reinstall it w/ everything else shut down (including virus scanners)
