FP 2002 browser window size

I can use a hyperlink to open a new browser just fine, but I would like the new browser window to be small, and hopefully lose the toolbars. Can this be done in Front page 2002? Thank you..
 
No, it requires javascript. Or, the easy way: Download and install the
free FrontPage addin "Spawn" from www.jimcoaddins.com
