Fourth Time Asking This

This is my fourth time asking this question. Sometimes, when my computer goes
to sleep, the hard drive will wake up, but not the monitor. Also, sometimes
the monitor will go into sleep mode in the middle of being active. I
reinstalled the Vista and the problem was solved for about two months, but
now it is recurring again. What can be the problem - Vista, the monitor, or
something else? Thanks.

I thought this was a video card / hardware interaction issue? This is
probably something a little too indepth to try to sort via casual support -
you might want to follow up with actual support (maybe for the video card
peoples?) first. =\
