The detection for this one is based purely on strings of ascii text--either
on a web site you are looking at (the HTML) or, in this case, on the content
of a text log file.
There's nothing in this log file that is going to infect anyone, but it is
quite possible that a text string matches their heuristic pattern--perhaps
because a genuine URL in the spyware being removed really was malicious.
It's nothing to worry about, in any case. You can look at this log file
using notepad with absolutely no risk if you'd like to see what is in it.
