Found possible BUG

In my windows xp system i have the start bar in the right
side of the screen. When i execute a program the popup
from sypware that should appear and ask if i want to run
the program appears very fast, so fast i cant read the
contents and then it disappears again. I have to put my
start bar in the bottom (normal position) so that the
popup appears correctly.

Definite bug! Happens with taskbar on either right or left. On the fix
list.
