forwarding junk to a soecific address

How can I set up a filter that will forward all junk mail to a specific
address?

why would you want to? It's mostly a useless way to deal with it and creates
more hassles than good. but if you insist, try sue's rules to filter out the

That's not a feature of the built in junk mail handler. You'd have to craft
your own rule or use a third party addin

How can I identify an email that I have marked as junk? It's doesn't
add anything unique like a category that I can identify. Is there
something in the object model that would let me determine that something
was flagged as junk?

I'm using Blue Frog, which up until this week has been very effective.
