Hi Group,

I have set up a rule to forward certain emails coming in to me at work. Just
so you understand, I receive all emails directed from the company website. I
then turn around and forward these to people within the company but I
forward them from my address, not the company address. I have set up a rule
to forward these but what I need to do is to change the email address that
is being used to forward the emails. Can this be done?

Cheers!

No, that can't be done with a rule.

Outlook replies/forwards with the account that it receives the messages
with. You'll need to be more precise on your account configuration for any
recommendations.
