Forwarding emails through a rule.

I am using Outlook2000 and I want to be able setup a rule,
either through Ou of Office Assistant or in Rules Wizard,
so that it will not forward emails with attachments to a
hotmail account or ideally forward the email but not the
attachment is this possible?

On the "Add any exceptions (if necessary)" step of the
Rules Wizard, select the "except if it has an attachment"
checkbox.
