Forwarding emails as faxes online

I am running Windows XP Home with Outlook 2002 and I am
trying to set up Outlook to automatically forward emails
to a fax machine in a different state. I don't have a
land phone line, but I am on a cable connection. I am
not proficient in vb script, but I think that I can
create a rule to run either script, macros or even a
third party program. Am I searching in the right
direction? If not, what do I need to do to make this
work?

First step would be to determine what Internet fax service you want to use. You need to know that before you can know what syntax to use to address the forwarded messages.
