forwarding e-mails

My operating system is WinXP. I currently am using MSN
Explorer 7.0.

Every time I either forward an e-mail with pictures or
copy/paste and then try to forward an e-mail with
pictures, the pictures are stripped from the e-mail so
the person(s) I am sending it to can't see the pictures.
Is there a problem with my settings somewhere and what do
I need to do to correct this problem so that the pictures
I send will not be stripped from the e-mails?

Hi, Steve. This is usually a setting controlled by the ISPs - yours on
the sending end and theirs on the receiving end. Most ISPs have limits
on the size of files you can send (and graphics files are generally
pretty big). Additionally, many ISPs are stripping all sorts of
attachments right now because of all the worms. I've got a small
