forwarding Balance

I have a client database with deposit and withdrawals of various years
Fields amount:[amount]
Field: withdrawals
I want to sent each month or year a statement to the client
with forwarding Balance as the begining Balance of previous year or month
and each transactaction of the current month or year.

I need help with this report, what is called a monthly statement or yearly
statement report.

If you use the report wizard to create a report, on one page there is a
button called Summary. It should do what you need.
