Forwarding an email, I get an "Unexpected error has occurred"

When attempting to forward an e-mail in Outlook, I get "An unexpected error
has occurred" dialog box and the only options are to save to drafts or
cancel. When recalled from "Drafts", I still get the same message. This
phenomenon has only started to occur in the last few weeks. Anybody got a
solution?

I would ask this in an Outlook group.
